Our Properties
Mountainside Homes is a small, family-owned business offering four luxury vacation homes in beautiful Steamboat Springs.
By owning the properties we manage and by keeping our business small, we are able to maintain the homes in first-class condition and give you the attention and service you deserve.
The accommodations are both elegant and spacious. Each 3500-square-foot residence sleeps 8 to 13 comfortably. If your group is larger than 13, two homes may be rented and joined via a connecting door on the middle level.
We feature two decors: American Lifestyles in the Snowberry and Couloir homes and Lodge style in the Kinnikinick and Chaparral homes.
